CD 3: Personal Power & 3-Minute Success Imageries

This CD is one of four that is included in the Don't Panic Self-Help Kit. The first track is "Finding Personal Power," a guided imagery the enhances your sense of personal strength in order to reach your goals and to develop skills in preparation for the imagery practices on Track 2. The second track, "Three-minute Success Imageries," trains you to use brief imagery to support your efforts just before entering a situation that has been threatening to you in the past.
About the Author
