CD 4: The Guide

This CD is one of four that is included in the Don't Panic Self-Help Kit. The first track is "The Guide: Your Supportive Observer." This guided imagery will help you develop your Observer and Supportive Observer, which are described in the Kit and the book. The second track is "The Guide: Successful Task Imagery." This guided imagery will help you prepare for an upcoming event where you want to practice facing your doubt and discomfort.
