This is one of the four CDs in the Don’t Panic Self-Help Kit and one of the three CDs in the Stop Obsessing! Audio Series. There are two 20-minute programs included.
The first track is called “Practicing Your Breathing Skills.” It teaches you Natural Breathing, The Calming Breath, and Calming Counts.
The second track is “Acoustic Meditation,” which provides pleasant sounds, timbres, patterns and rhythms to enhance your ability to concentrate.
